Ontario universities should offer three-year degrees... says provincial report

This has nothing to do with learning. This is clearly a cost- cutting measure, as was the abolition of Grade 13. The sooner that people are in the workforce, the faster they contribute to the workforce. Of course, this view does not consider the higher earning potential of more highly-educated workers.

  1. I agree with the cost-cutting measure.

    However, they probably don't care about uni's much anymore, it seems much more everyone just wants workplace experience.
